10 Things Your Father Does To Give You Hope – Psalm 145

There are days when we all need hard proof that we are children of GOD. We need this most when life gets too hard to manage, as happens sometimes.

When you feel like you will never reach your goals in life; or fear that you are not enough or don’t have enough; or are weighed down beyond what you can bear, Psalm 145 is there to remind you of exactly who your Father is and what He can and will do for you.

You have a Heavenly Father who:

  1. Keeps his promises, always
  2. Does everything for you with great grace
  3. Lifts you up when you stumble and fall under the weight of your burdens
  4. Gives freely of His riches so you are never hungry or thirsty and have enough for your needs
  5. Is just in everything he does
  6. Exceeds in kindness
  7. Comes to you when you call for Him and stays close for as long as you need Him
  8. Grants the desires of your heart, as you trust Him with them
  9. Hears your cries for help and rescues you
  10. Protects you because you love Him…

Each of these acts of GOD proves His faithfulness, goodness, mercy, and loving kindness. GOD does all this for you as your Father. You may own any for your purpose on any day and in any stage of your life.

Now, set aside all negative thoughts about your life; lift your head up, put your shoulders back and go be a winner in your Father’s world!

As you go, raise your voice in praise, give glory to the One who is forever worthy:

“I will exalt you, my GOD and KING, and praise your name forever and ever. I will praise you every day; yes, I will praise you forever. Great is the LORD! He is most worthy of praise! No one can measure His greatness.” Psalm 145: 1-3

Prayer and Thanksgiving: Holy Father, truly YOU are great and deserve all glory and honor! We believe YOUR WORD that tells us YOU are merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love, and take comfort from this for our life goals. We thank YOU that YOU are the same today, yesterday and will be forever; in this we have great peace and hope for our future. All dominion and power belong to YOU for ever and ever. We pray and ask all things in the name of JESUS. Amen.

Always by GOD’s WORD and prayer,
Cecile
